Toke Constantin Hebbeln's film "NimmerMeer" has won a student academy award in the category "Best Foreign Film". The film uses lyrical images to recount a fantastic parable about the coming of age and the power of dreams and was made in collaboration with Frisbeefilms. 
The jury had to choose between four films in the category "Best foreign film". The fantasy film " NimmerMeer" is a parable about growing up and about the power of dreams. It takes place in the 18th century. Following his father's death little Jonas goes to live with a severe parson and his servant, a change that causes him much suffering. Only after meeting the magician Grido can he remember how to dream and laugh again. (Film available with english undertitle). WATCH A TEASER HERE...
