The jury had to choose between four films in the category "Best foreign film". The fantasy film " NimmerMeer" is a parable about growing up and about the power of dreams. It takes place in the 18th century. Following his father's death little Jonas goes to live with a severe parson and his servant, a change that causes him much suffering. Only after meeting the magician Grido can he remember how to dream and laugh again. (Film available with english undertitle).

He played all night long, even during pauses. Miles somehow had to cut his solos, cause John never seemed to stop.  Coltrane was so deep in concentration and he simply had no idea, how to finish his solo. Miles often told him "Just try to get that sax out of your mouth".
